Mr. Samini is a founding Partner with the firm of Allenbaugh │ Samini │ Ghosheh LLP. Mr. Samini’s prior law firm affiliations include: The Supreme Court of Ohio, Columbus, Ohio where he practiced as a extern to the Honorable Justice Paul E. Pfeifer in 1993; The Riverside County District Attorneys Office, Riverside, California, where he practiced as a summer associate in the special/financial crimes section in 1994; Voss, Cook & Thel, LLP, Newport Beach, California, where he practiced as an associate in the Real Estate, Corporate and Tax Departments from 1996 to 1998; and Bridgford, Knottnerus & Gleason where he advised the firm on an Of-Counsel basis from 1998 to 2001.

Mr. Samini serves as the firm’s chair of the Real Estate and Land Use department and co-chair of the Debt and Loan Workouts department. Mr. Samini’s practice is focused on complex corporate, real estate and international transactions as well as multi-unit franchisee representation. Mr. Samini’s experience includes all aspects of real estate acquisition, development, financing, construction, construction management, land use planning, and selection of the appropriate organizational or transactional structure. Mr. Samini’s vast real estate experience has positioned him as an able advocate in negotiating debt and mortgage workouts on behalf of clients.

Mr. Samini has and currently represents, both as general counsel and outside general counsel, to multi-unit franchisees of Mrs. Fields Famous Brands, Dunkin Brands, Roundtable Pizza, ARCO, Shell Oil, Verizon Wireless and Cingular Wireless, among others.
